Waiver & Release of Liability

In consideration of Colorado Junk Pickup performing services, Customer agrees:

1. Customer assumes all risk of injury, loss, or property damage.
2. Company is not liable for damage to driveways, landscaping, walls, ceilings, or personal property.
3. Driver may refuse prohibited items and adjust price on-site.
4. This waiver is binding on Customer’s heirs and assigns.
