Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 29, 2025

By scheduling, texting, calling, or allowing Colorado Junk Pickup LLC ("Company") to perform services, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms.

1. Driver’s Absolute Discretion

The Company’s driver has sole discretion to refuse any load, add surcharges, or adjust pricing on-site if conditions differ from the quote.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customer warrants ownership/authority over all items and is solely responsible for any damage caused by item placement or property conditions.

3. Complete Waiver of Liability

Customer releases Company from all liability for damage or injury arising from services and agrees not to sue Company, its employees, or agents.

4. Indemnification

Customer shall indemnify and hold Company harmless from any claims arising from the services.

5. Governing Law

Colorado law governs. Venue: El Paso County.
