By scheduling or receiving services from Colorado Junk Pickup LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Property Access and Conditions

You confirm that the work area is safe and accessible. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property or items.

Item Ownership

You represent that you own or have legal authority to dispose of all items removed.

Insurance

We maintain commercial liability insurance. Our crew works carefully, but occasional incidental issues can occur in any physical service. We will address any concerns promptly and professionally.

Agreement

This waiver is part of our service agreement. Thank you for choosing us.
